Recruitment Management System/ Jobsite Portal/ Staffing
Agency. The system has 3 main entities Job Seekers: People who are looking for employment.
They register on the site and enter their contact details, educational
qualifications, skills and work experience. They can also run
extensive search to look for a various job openings. Employers: People who are
looking for employees. They register on the website and enter
their company profile and various job opening they have in
their company. They can also run extensive search on database
to select a candidates(s) they require. Administrator: Employees of the Recruitment Firm, on whose website
the RMS is installed. The administrator holds the entire control
of the system. No candidate/job seeker, employer or job posting
is active on the system before the administrator reviews and
accepts it. The system allows at the Recruitment agency to carry
following functions:
- Receiving a requirement from an employer and storing it
in their database
- Matching the candidates it has in its database to the
employer requirement
- Having the registered employer choose the candidates it
feels match its requirement and ask the recruitment agency
to arrange
for an interview.
- Inviting job seekers to register on their
website so that their database grows
- Extensive search
process so that an exact candidate can be found for a job
requirement.
The system is implemented as a website. So the website doubles
as an online brochure and a system for the recruitment
agency.
