Search System Surfer can search the system properties based
on certain criteria. For example:
- price
- covered area
- state etc.
Surfer can then view property listings and send an e-mail
to the
administartor(s) informing them of the properties
they would like to buy or rent. For real estate companies who have many agents to look
after the sale/rental of properties, the agent
details
can also be entered in the backend. So, when a surfer expresses
to buy a property the agent of that property is also sent
an e-mail along with the administrator.
